The hotel itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every corner reflecting a high standard of care. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the housekeeping. A huge thank you to the cleaning staff for always ensuring my room was spotless and welcoming, day in and day out. The team was courteous, efficient, and respectful, making me feel right at home. The location of the Ibis Hotel is also a huge advantage. It is centrally situated, making it the perfect base to explore Doha. Whether you're visiting popular attractions or shopping at nearby malls, everything is just a short distance away, which made my trip even more convenient. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being a newer property, it boasts modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for both families and professionals alike. The hotel offers a relaxed yet professional environment, allowing guests to feel comfortable whether on vacation or business. The management has clearly invested in creating an environment where both comfort and functionality go hand in hand. Achraf was very kind and reassuring upon check in when I had arrived from a tiring journey. The staff were all helpful and lovely and went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower worked well. Despite not being in the very centre of the tourist spots, it’s a very quick and cheap taxi ride to many of the attractions so I found the location suited me well, despite being someone who usually stays more centrally on holidays.
