I really enjoyed my stay here. It was definitely on a whole other level to Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at in other countries. Achraf was very kind and reassuring upon check in when I had arrived from a tiring journey. The staff were all helpful and lovely and went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower worked well. Despite not being in the very centre of the tourist spots, it’s a very quick and cheap taxi ride to many of the attractions so I found the location suited me well, despite being someone who usually stays more centrally on holidays.

A huge thank you to the cleaning staff for always ensuring my room was spotless and welcoming, day in and day out. The team was courteous, efficient, and respectful, making me feel right at home. The location of the Ibis Hotel is also a huge advantage. It is centrally situated, making it the perfect base to explore Doha. Whether you're visiting popular attractions or shopping at nearby malls, everything is just a short distance away, which made my trip even more convenient. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being a newer property, it boasts modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for both families and professionals alike. The hotel offers a relaxed yet professional environment, allowing guests to feel comfortable whether on vacation or business. The management has clearly invested in creating an environment where both comfort and functionality go hand in hand. Special thanks to the security team for always making me feel safe and secure during my stay. Your presence was discreet but reassuring, allowing me to fully relax without any concerns. The front desk team deserves a special mention as well. They were always available, always smiling, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing directions, offering local tips, or accommodating special requests, they consistently went the extra mile.
