I really enjoyed my stay here. It was definitely on a whole other level to Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at in other countries. Achraf was very kind and reassuring upon check in when I had arrived from a tiring journey. The staff were all helpful and lovely and went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower worked well. Despite not being in the very centre of the tourist spots, it’s a very quick and cheap taxi ride to many of the attractions so I found the location suited me well, despite being someone who usually stays more centrally on holidays.

The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly, also the hotel is very clean, the housekeeping staff did a very good job cleaning the room and they are very meticulous. Thanks to everyone, the receptionists (especially humphrey), the housekeeping, security, engineering. much love and respect

Whether you're visiting popular attractions or shopping at nearby malls, everything is just a short distance away, which made my trip even more convenient. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. Despite being a newer property, it boasts modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for both families and professionals alike. The hotel offers a relaxed yet professional environment, allowing guests to feel comfortable whether on vacation or business. The management has clearly invested in creating an environment where both comfort and functionality go hand in hand. Special thanks to the security team for always making me feel safe and secure during my stay. Your presence was discreet but reassuring, allowing me to fully relax without any concerns. The front desk team deserves a special mention as well. They were always available, always smiling, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing directions, offering local tips, or accommodating special requests, they consistently went the extra mile.

The staff is very helpful, also the hotel provides beach vouchers, which is very useful. The room was clean and comfy. I always had drinking water in a room. The staff provided everything I asked for: a bathrobe, sleepers, extra water bottles, beach voucher. Also thanks to Joshua and Rutuja, they are very hospitable.
